"From the phone conversations you and I have had the past few weeks, I have little doubt that you can tell that I'm not easily impressed. You've seen my 8-up blonde-sorrel draft mule hitch, and you know I'm not much for mediocre. It's either Neiman Marcus or it's Wal-Mart. There's really no middle ground with me.
Last Friday, we received the auto-top surrey I ordered from you. "Show quality." Those were the terms!!!! Seldom am I more impressed with something than I might have hoped. Most often it's quite the opposite.
This piece is exceptionally beautiful. At no point did you overstate the quality or attention to detail. When you said there wasn't so much as a fingerprint on it when it was loaded, you meant what you said. It arrived, after nearly a 1000 mile trip, just exactly as impeccable.
