After much thought and corporate discussion, and two years of planning, John Lemon of Great Northern Livery Company, LLC has finalized an unusual yet productive and stronger marketing decision. We've decided to bring onboard another manufacturer, almost doubling our construction output. Our main priority is that nothing in this transition will jeopardize the quality and craftsmanship of any finished product. Above all, our intent is to broaden our services, designs, options, etc. to benefit our valued customers, yet maintain a reasonable price for our high end carriage construction. Not just any carriage builder was considered; our "standards" are very strict and very high. But that was an obstacle easily resolved, because it eliminated about 90% of the manufacturing market. Word was out, and we were approached by a leading carriage builder of 39 years in business. After hours and hours of negotiating, we came to agreeable terms, and the business structure was changed. Everyone involved, including employees, agreed that this structural change will be a WIN-WIN for all, especially our valued customers worldwide. Just one of the exciting benefits of this transition is museum quality restorations. Another is additional reproduction designs that cannot be discerned from restored originals by the average person. We all are going to put our heart and soul into this new approach, and the customer will experience what the true meaning of perfection really is. We have sold to clients in fourteen foreign countries and all but three U.S. states! PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS GENERALLY A THREE MONTH BACKLOG FOR VEHICLE CONSTRUCTION. A LEGAL CONTRACT MUST BE REQUESTED FROM GREAT NORTHERN LIVERY, COMPLETED, AND RETURNED TO INITIATE A BONA FIDE PURCHASE. If Great Northern Livery Co, LLC and its employees have to load and/or secure any carriage to any transportation type vehicle, there will be a loading and securing charge. With the present 76 different body styled vehicles available, the charge will range from $50 to $400. Most importantly, the customer must sign a release of all responsibility when loading and securing their horse drawn vehicles to be transported.
